Working flow:

plastic raw material conveying → crushing with water → screw feeding 1 → single screw scrubbing 1 → washing tank → screw feeding 2 →  floating washing tank → screw feeding 3 → dewatering & drying → silo

Description of PP PE waste plastic film washing machine

1. Belt conveyor: waste film feeding

2. Crusher: film crushing

3. Frame: we can design the diameter of the hole according to customer's request.

4. Screw loader: scrap conveyor

5. Floating washing tank: cleaning film scraps and separating dirt and dust.

6. Screw loader: conveying scraps into hot washer

7. Hot washer: connected with steam boiler. Steam supplied into washing tank to heat water and scraps. Hot water makes waste loosen from film. Meanwhile add caustic soda and cleaning chemicals to remove dirt and oil from film.

8. Screw loader: scraps conveyor

9. High-speed friction washer: get rid of dirty waste and oil.

10. Screw loader: scraps conveyor.

11. Floating washer: cleaning film scraps and separating remained dirt and dust.

12. Centrifugal dryer: dewartering

13. Pipe line dryer: hot air dryer.

14. Storage silo: storage silo for scraps.

15. Electric cabinet: PLC control.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work

a.) after being informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory.

b.) after the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, we will send one or two technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.

c.)  meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
